In difficult economic times, a charity’s funding can vary dramatically year on year. When independent mental health charity Milton Keynes Mind had to deal with budget cuts, they decided to downsize their photocopier requirements. And because they had our flexible photocopier agreement, Latitude, which provides photocopiers for charities, we were able to downsize their copier free of charge.
As the charity weren’t tied in to a disastrous long-term lease, they didn’t have to worry about paying for a photocopier they were no longer using or even paying for a copier they no longer had. Because Latitude is completely flexible, we’re able to support our clients with their photocopier requirements as their business needs change.
When the charity decided to do without their photocopier altogether they gave us 90 days’ notice and we were happy to collect it from them for a small collection fee.
“Many thanks for your recent emails regarding the ending of our contract with Copycare. As you are aware, our organisation has recently gone through some significant changes and as a result we no longer need the copier.
Can I take this opportunity to thank all at Copycare for your first rate service over the past years – you have been extremely responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive.”
Steve McNay, Director of Milton Keynes Mind
